 To improve efficiency and
quality, CNEEC´S management information system is computerized, CAD is being commonly
used in engineering design, and total quality control (TQC) system is adopted in the whole
process from the beginning to post factum services of project contracting. The Electric
Design and Research Institute has passed the TQC acceptance by the Ministry of Machinery
and Electronics Industry. |
