CNEEC is able to provide technical consultation, planning and engineering design. It can supply complete production lines, special equipment and associated electric equipment for capital construction and technical innovation of enterprises in many industries at home and abroad. In dealing with import and export business, CNEEC is capable of making inquires, organizing technical and commercial negotiation, carrying out contracts, calling for bid, and going through formalities of batch delivery of equipment, duty exemption and reduction, etc. for clients.

Since 1980, CNEEC has provided engineering design and equipment for a number of machinery or electric equipment works in Pakinstan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Cuba. It completed several turn-key projects such as BOPP film project of Xiangxi Plastics Factory.

CNEEC imported a lot of advanced technology and equipment for key enterprises of the electric equipment industry, including heavy machine tools, machining centers, and 8000t oil press, etc. CNEEC organized co-production of Georg transformer lamination slitting and cut-to-lenght lines, which have been put into operation.
